Deposits may be required for certain orders, and all payments are due as per our agreed terms. Rest assured, all products come with applicable manufacturer warranties, and our installation services are guaranteed for 7 days.

Customer responsibilities and expectations

We expect our customers to provide accurate measurements and details for all orders to ensure correct product delivery and installation. If you are arranging your own installation, please ensure you have read and understood our product installation guides, available on our website or by contacting us directly. For in-store pick-up of online orders, please bring your order confirmation and valid identification.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Any modifications to an order may incur additional charges or affect delivery/installation timelines.
